Red Ribbon Week Activities Come to a Close
Friday, October 31 was the close of the 2008-2009 school year's Red Ribbon Week activities. Third grade students presented a parade for the rest of the school along with "specials" teachers and staff. Special thanks to Mrs. Carletha Parson, who organized the week's activities. (View slide show)
Mock Election Held
GATE students hosted a mock presedential election on Tuesday, October 28. The event was sponsored by Ms. Dana Gibson, GATE teacher. Students voted for their choice for President of the United States. After voting, students were treated to cookies and juice. To view photos, click here.

Top sellers for our fall fundraiser received a limo ride on Monday, October 27.

Report Card Highlights
- Met Adequate Yearly Progress criteria in 7 out of 7 areas.
- 95% of 3rd graders met or exceeded standards on the Math CRCT.
