- ESMS has kicked off the annual fundraiser for Relay for Life. It is especially important this year because we have a student and a teacher that are currently undergoing treatments for cancer. Please help us support this important fundraiser!
- Congratulations to the ESMS Competition Cheerleaders! They have had a fabulous season, finishing the year with 3 first place trophies and 3 second place trophies. Way to go girls!!
- Congratulations to the ESMS Lady Devils' softball team as they travel to Hahira today to play in the SGAC championship game. They defeated Coffee Middle yesterday 6 -5 in extra innings. Good Luck Lady Devils!!!
- The ESMS 8th grade football team will play for the region championship Thursday afternoon. It will be a rematch against Coffee County. The game begins at 5:00. Come out and support the Devils!
- Congratulations to the ESMS girls softball team. Yesterday, they defeated their opponent 15 - 0. Today, they take on Coffee County at TCHS at 5:00. Pregame begins at 4:50. Go ESMS!

- The seventh grade football team will travel to Hahira tomorrow to makeup the game that was postponed on Wednesday. The kickoff is scheduled for 10:00 AM.
- The two softball games that were rained out have been rescheduled. They will be played as follows: Tuesday, September 29, Hahira and Thursday, October 1, Valdosta.

Report Card Highlights
- Met Adequate Yearly Progress criteria in 14 out of 14 areas.
